during the work day one recent morning.

FL: (August 4, 2000) . . . At 8 o'clock on a recent morning, Dr. James
J. Guerra, a Naples orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine
and arthroscopic surgery, could be found watching television. But the
television, in operating suite No. 21, was not tuned to the morning news
programs. Instead, the screen displayed the inside of the right shoulder
of a woman in her 50's on the table before Dr. Guerra.

sometimes four nights a week with games on Saturday mornings. They travel,
too. Clewiston. Arcadia. North Fort Myers. They're in top physical shape
thanks to the hundreds of push-ups, tackles and yards running. They're
members of the Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading League, and, occasionally
they get hurt.
