Mandy Lascano, D.P.T.

Mandy Lascano, MPTMandy Lascano was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education with a minor in Exercise Science from Virginia Tech in 1997. She received a full athletic scholarship while at Virginia Tech in Track and field and won the Atlantic 10 conference for the Women's 10,000 m. in 1997. She went on to attend The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and graduated with her MPT in 2002, and later earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. She enjoys running and spending time with her three children in her free time.

Laura A. Strollo, D.P.T.

Laura A. Strollo, DPTLaura Strollo received her Bachelor Of Science in Biological Sciences from Ohio University in June 2000. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in December 2002. While at The University of St. Augustine, Laura's coursework emphasized Manual Therapy. After graduation, she relocated to Bonita Springs where she spent her first 7 years working in an outpatient Orthopaedic clinic treating a wide variety of injuries and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Laura joined the team at Collier Sports Medicine in January 2010 to concentrate on post-surgical and sports related injuries. She finds it extremely rewarding to see people return to their active lifestyles. In her free time she enjoys watching football and baseball as well as spending time with family.

John A. Ianni, D.P.T

Adam Snyder, MPTJohn Ianni is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, born and raised in Western New York. He attended the University at Buffalo where he received his bachelor’s education in Exercise Science and Physiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UB in 2015, graduating top of his class as Valedictorian with a GPA of 4.0. His clinical residencies from his graduate coursework have provided him experience in both Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, giving him the opportunity to work with many types of patients and athletes, including recreational, high school, collegiate, and professional. His clinical research as a DPT student focused on Post-Concussion Syndrome and Vestibular Rehabilitation in athletes. He will continue his professional education by pursuing both Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certifications from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

During his time at the University at Buffalo, John also played NCAA Division I Soccer with the Men’s program. He also has several national certifications and licenses from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and is passionate about player development and rehabilitation.

John was once himself a patient in Physical Therapy after sustaining a knee injury while playing soccer in high school. That experience, and his therapist, inspired him to pursue the profession, and ultimately allowed him to achieve his dream of competing at the Division I level. He takes great pride in providing that same quality and experience to every patient he encounters, from the weekend warriors to the competitive athletes.

In his free time, John likes to enjoy the great outdoors. Whether its fishing, swimming, camping or hiking, he loves being active and enjoying all that nature has to offer.

Carson G Kommer, D.P.T.

Carson G Kommer, DPTCarson Kommer was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2010. After completing his undergraduate coursework, Carson returned to the Naples area to pursue his passion for teaching tennis, providing instruction to players of all ages and abilities at several local area clubs. During this time, Carson also taught at a competitive junior academy, coaching players ranked at both the state and national levels. After several years working with tennis players, Carson returned to school and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2016, with an emphasis on orthopaedics and manual therapy.

Carson’s graduate research focused on examining strength profiles of collegiate tennis players in order to develop novel strength and conditioning programs to enhance on-court performance. He hopes to continue working with tennis players in various capacities and plans to pursue his Sports Certified Specialist certification in the coming years.

In his free time, Carson is an avid tennis player and golfer and enjoys the outdoor activities Naples has to offer. He is a tortured Cubs fan and also enjoys spending lots of time with his fiancée, Chelsea, and their dog Wrigley.
